I am a PhD student with a broad interest in immunology research. I have a background in clinical medicine, which gave me an appreciation for the multifaceted role of the immune system in different disease contexts. I have experience in cellular immunology, working with both innate and adaptive immune cells in the context of infectious diseases and solid malignancies. I am currently interested in the development of the adaptive arm of the immune system, and is studying T-lymphocyte development using iPSCs as a modelling system.
