Jonathan Hasian Haposan was trained as a Medical Doctor from Universitas Gadjah Mada - Indonesia and an epidemiologist from University of Pittsburgh - USA. He has 6+ years experience in area expertise of clinical trial, vaccinology, vaccine economics, infectious disease, and global health. Currently, he is pursuing PhD in Child and Adolescent Health at the Enteric Disease Group of MCRI and the University of Melbourne under supervision of Prof. Julie Bines and Prof. Fiona Russell with a cross-disciplinary topic of New Vaccine Introduction into National Immunization Program in Indonesia. He is affiliated with Center for Child Health (CCH-PRO), Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta - Indonesia, an institution that has 45+ year-long collaboration with Murdoch Children's Research Institute in Rotavirus research and RV3 Rotavirus vaccine development in Indonesia.
